Contemporary Marina Home

The objective of this complete renovation of a 3-story condo was to create modern open spaces with clean lines.  The two clients had very different tastes, and it was an enjoyable challenge to unite and honor their differing styles.  In the dining room, we used many textures, fabrics and saturated colors to warm up the space, to make it feel inviting and invigorating.  This couple loves to entertain, so they devoted one whole floor of the condo to a game room with a bar and an adjacent theater room with seating for eleven.
